Quality Containers: We use brand new or single-trip containers, thoroughly checked with a manifest to ensure no prior liquid transport.
Rust Protection: Containers are treated with rust-proof paint for long-lasting durability.
Enhanced Insulation: The exterior walls feature 2.13 inches of R10 rigid insulation, topped with metal roof sheets for increased R-value and protection.
Weatherproof Roofing: The rooftop is coated with waterproof rubber and sealed for optimal rainwater drainage.
Interior Framing: Framing is done with either metal or wood, tailored to your design preferences.
Insulated Flooring: Floors maintain the original wood from the container, layered with 2.13 inches of rigid insulation foam and topped with 5/8-inch all-weather plywood, finished with your choice of flooring for maximum insulation and protection.
Sound and Fireproof Walls: Walls are lined with spray foam and R14 rock wool insulation, providing soundproofing, fire resistance, and comfortable insulation.
Electrical System: Equipped with 100-amp or 200-amp panels, installed by a certified electrician and inspected by local power authorities.
Plumbing: Completed by licensed plumbers and inspected by local building officials
Finishing Touches: Walls are drywalled and painted for a polished look.
